Most engraving jobs are ready within 24 hours. For large or bulk orders, the more notice you can give , the better - but we’ll always try to fit you in.

Unfortunately due to the constraints of our machines we are unable to engrave glass bottles with a narrow opening.

Yes, we offer gold or silver coloured plaques with adhesive backing that are ideal for mounting on frames, we even work with a local picture framer in Osborne Park. Prices start from $15.
Generally no, all our graphic work is done in house and free of charge, modern web technology is making this process quicker and quicker. On occasion for very complex logos and designs a small fee will be charged, this will always be discussed prior to any work commencing.
Yes! Our fibre laser is perfect for stainless steel.
No, we don’t engrave metal plates intended for outdoor use.
